Develop and maintain a personal development plan and reflective learning log.

Tasks 1-4
Identify a minimum of 4 personal learning outcomes or targets

Choose ONE of the learning targets or learning outcomes that you have identified above and produce ONE action plan that details how you intent to achieve the learning outcome or target within the period you have set for its completion.

Produce a 750 words report based or a) an indepth reveiw of yoru current career, professional and 'work' related development position and your future plans for the future b) reserach and evalutaion of some 'published' career, professional and personal development resources.

Prepare a letter of application or supportaing statement for an actual employment oppotuntiy and a CV or completed application form for hte same employment opportuntiy.
