Joined the gym on Monday 30th October. On Wedneseday 1st November went to the gym and spoke to the assistant about upper body techniques (free weights and cross trainer for biceps and triceps), cross trainer for pectorials and back, freeweights standing and sitting bent over for hidden back muscle. It will be good if I can go on the walking cross trainer, or do 30 minutes of brisk walking. I will see how it goes. Went for a second time on Friday 3rd November.

I have been attending the gym twice a week since I joined. I only managed to go once last week (ending 24th November) due to three assignment creeping up on each other (20th, 22nd and 27th November) next term I will try and schedule my visits better during week 7&8 of the course. I paid for annual member on Wednesday 30th November which will take me up til January 2008. I need to start documenting what I am doing to ensure that I am doing the same things each week, to the same intensity. I have started stretching and shadow boxing.
I think that I may have to make a note of what I do each time I go to the gym to make sure that I am doing what I should do to reach my goals which on Decmber 7th are still not clear as yet.

It is Saturday 23rd December, I am still going to the gym regularly. I missed this week because we have staff lunches and the like I will have to look out for busy weeks next year and plan better by scheduling gym sessions earlier in the week so that if one day lapses I still have another day to choose from.
