Revising four

Due to the Uranus crash on keter, chapter four is getting pruned. I have converted all necessary text in that chapter and will also alter the planout. Chapter three has also been returned with scribbled corrections to be dealt with.

Please note, where the word 'scrapped' has been used, it is short for "still going, but will be used in a paper/project afterwards". I think there is as much mileage in the Uranus ideas as in the rest of the thesis, all things considered. This does help me rationalise chapter two a little too.
