Have adjusted declarations in all modules to reflect the new input files...

Back.f has had its indices changed to reflect this as well as recording systems etc and beta
Hit.f has also been adjusted
Proton1.f has been adjusted
Electron.f has been adjusted
Recoil.f has been adjusted
Selectron.f has been adjusted
Proton.f has been added and adjusted

Slight battle with the forces of IS, more with the forces of email inertia giving (partially) wrong impressions of IS

All modules compiled first time, setting off 10keV field aligned stuff.

...which of course failed.
