Have obtained pixel numbers of the MicDev and converted these to central wavelengths. The FWHM has been revealed to be roughly 2.5 pixels. I can therefore bin the wavelengths by their shifts into pixels and then describe the output as a series of Lorenzians as before in a 2D array similar to what I have at the moment. This 2D array of pixel intensities then needs to be convolved with the completed Lorentzian and then it is done.
