Testing out the sensitivities framework. After the last seven runs mysteriously died, I am setting off shorter versions of two of those runs. If the first is successful (the very short run), then I will set off the five runs that are still waiting to go (or at least four of them), as two runs have already been set off. If the second one is successful, then the last run will go two and any problems will go to CRAG rather than me worrying about them...

Alpha runs failed - the three weeks the c3 gave them wasn't enough... ah well, cut down by a factor of ten and run again... hoping they aren't too squiggly at the end... they can be smoothed.

Also created a smoothing program so I can do direct comparisons to Grodent data - the Grodentiser...
