Practical session 3 (morning)

You will be given two documents: a Marlowe poem and a recipe from Delia Smith

Exercise 1

For each document:

• Carry out a document analysis
• Prepare a list of features to be encoded
• Draw a tree structure

Exercise 2

Encode the poem in COCOA format and save it as a plain text file.
