- Bayesian Phylogeographic and Ecological Clustering
An R package implementing our BPEC methods developed by Axel Hille and myself. The package inputs DNA sequence and geographical location information, and outputs inferences on population structure, identifying genetically distinct geographical population clusters and ancestral locations.
In order to use the package, you need to have a working copy of R, then install BPEC from CRAN. After installing BPEC, load it using >library(BPEC), and type >package?BPEC for help and examples. You can find an extended manual in this paper with Axel Hille.
