There is a lot of very good material out there and it's not my intention to list it all here. I just put recommendations for things that I find absolutely outstanding and feel very comfortable recommending to anyone.

I have found this link but I don't how permanent and how legal it is.
A fantastic little book about learning, teaching mathematics and the nature of it.
