Enter the arrival and departure times as a four digit number according to the 24 hour clock, e.g. 1803 for 6:03 pm, and click on the 'Weekly Total' button. Whole days and parts of days can be left blank.
Weekly Total calculates the daily and weekly totals.
Copy Monday copies the times for Monday into the other days of the week, then calculates the daily and weekly totals.
Reset clears the form
