During April OSCA was moved from GHRIL at the WHT to the new controlled environment lab at the opposite Nasmyth platform - GRACE, which was installed at the WHT earlier in the year. Three new occulting masks were also installed in OSCA, two of these were full greyscale, gaussian profile masks (produced by Canyon Materials Ltd.). Since the greyscale levels are only calibrated for the visible wavelengths, these masks will only be available when OASIS is commissioned later in the year (currently only the NIR camera INGRID is available). Unfortunately on-sky testing and observations of science targets were again thwarted by the weather!

Bad weather ... AGAIN!
Pretty Pics from the Top!
Well, the weather may not have been conducive to observing, but it did produce some spectacular effects, especially the ones in the fog.
