Potential Graduate Students

I welcome expressions of interest from students. Please be aware of the following:

a) Funding: a two-tiered system exists in the UK. UK/EU students can get funding, whilst overseas students need to pay overseas fees. Exceptional UK/EU students are able to apply for funding, where this is awarded in the spring. Overseas students may get (very limited) partial funding from the department. I do not have separate funding unless I advertise this on my webpages. Funding can also be obtained from other sources: see http://www.grad.ucl.ac.uk/funds/ , but must be obtained by the applicant.

b) Training: UCL is part of the LTCC that provides training in the fundamentals of statistics.

c) Please look at my research web-page to get a better feeling for my interests.
