SUBMISSIONS OF ABSTRACTS TO IMS 2012
The deadline for submissions to IMS 2012 is 23rd March 2012.
Submissions to IMS 2012 are being managed with the EasyChair conference management system. You need to undertake a few simple steps to submit your abstract to IMS 2012.
Step 1
If you already have an EasyChair account, skip to step 2. Otherwise create a submission account for IMS 2012 by going to the
IMS 2012 submission page and click the link to sign up for an account.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to click to confirm your EasyChair registration for IMS2012.
Step 2
If you followed the procedure described in the abstract template you will have a file with the title
IMS 2012 Abstract-Author-Title.nb
For the submisson process it will help if you first copy the abstract from this document to your clipboard in order to paste it into the submission page as well.
Step 3
Submit your abstract by returning to the
IMS 2012 submission page, logging in with your account details, and then choosing the link "Add a submission". Please fill out all parts of the form and attach your notebook or other file.
Notes for Step 3
(a) If you are the corresponding author and have therefore registered with EasyChair, then please use the "click here to add yourself" option. This will copy your EasyChair registration details into the relevant fields, and automatically check the "corresponding author" box. Otherwise check the corresponding author box as appropriate for multiple authors.
(b) Please paste your abstract into the section marked abstract and other information.
(c) Please insert three or more key words as requested.
(d) Do not tick the "abstract only box" at the last step, but upload the notebook. This applies even though the notebook is mainly just the abstract.
(e) If you have difficulty uploading the notebook in the form *.nb, try the *.zip form. If you are using another format for some reason, note that PDF, CDF are also supported.
