In general, we invite enquiries from all bright, hard working, and self-motivated pre- and post-doctoral level applicants interested in the experimental and/or computational study of sensory coding.

Prospective graduate students should have a strong quantitative background (i.e. undergradute degree in Math, Physics, Engineering, etc.) and strong programming skills. UCL has a number of PhD programs to which prospective students may apply:

Grand Challenge Studentships

Prospective postdoctoral researchers should have experience in neuroscience-related research. For experimentalists, experience in in vivo electrophysiology is a plus. For computationalists, a background in systems theory, signal processing, and/or statistics is desireable. In all cases, strong programming skills are required.

Interested applicants should send a CV and PDFs of representative publications to n.lesica@ucl.ac.uk
